2. Website and service scope
This website presents private chauffeur, airport transfer, private tour and driver-guide services. Itineraries, travel times, prices and vehicle classes shown online are indicative starting points unless expressly confirmed in writing for your booking.
3. Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp, email or telephone does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed when the route, date, pickup time, vehicle class, price, payment conditions and any special requirements are accepted in writing by both parties.
4. Prices and payment
The written quotation states the price, currency, included services and any deposit or advance payment required. Entrance tickets, meals, accommodation, boat trips, local guides, parking or other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated. Any additional service requested during the journey may require a revised quotation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation terms communicated in the written quotation or booking confirmation apply to that reservation. Please cancel through the same contact channel used for booking. Refunds, where applicable, exclude non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred with your approval. If we cancel a service that cannot be replaced or rescheduled, amounts paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.
6. Itineraries, delays and access
Traffic, weather, seasonal road closures, official opening hours, security restrictions and circumstances outside our reasonable control may require changes. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the essential character of the agreed service and will discuss material alternatives with you. Wildlife sightings and access to attractions cannot be guaranteed.
7. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate information about passenger numbers, luggage, mobility needs, child-seat requirements and pickup details. Seat belts and lawful safety instructions must be followed. We may refuse or stop a service where conduct endangers passengers, the driver, the vehicle or third parties.
8. Vehicles and third-party services
A confirmed vehicle class will be provided. If an unforeseen operational issue makes that impossible, a vehicle of comparable or higher capacity and standard may be substituted. Attractions, hotels, restaurants, boats and other independent suppliers remain responsible for their own services and rules.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any issue should be reported promptly so that a practical solution can be attempted.
10. Consumer complaints and applicable law

Consumers may also consult the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection’s Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ANPC–SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
